NEG NAO Posted January 31, 2012 Share Posted January 31, 2012 another possibility that has been talked about in other blogs is an ice storm early next week - with any type of blocking the strong high pressure in southeast canada will tend to cause cold air damming at the lower levels as the 850's are just a bit to warm to support snow especially closer to the coast in the i -95 corridor with precip possibly to overrun early next week - not a forecast just another option on the table Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
