uofmiami
These snowstorms could be good for my practice...if anyone gets canned for following weather during work, let me know, we do employment and labor law, amongst others... You do any public sector stuff? Any particular side you represent, employer or employee?

psv88
You do any public sector stuff? Any particular side you represent, employer or employee? Sock Puppet
I got sites blocked but I use proxies if I need a site. My dad's firm does fund work for the public sector and also do prepaid legal services for social workers, teachers & cops. I assume CSEA is biggest in Nassau. We bid for Nassau County PBA for prepaid legal a few years back but Nassau is too political.
SnoSki14
"precip will be over by 3z", "the sun angle is killing us" This one is really going to start popping up as we head into February. "Oh no it's not going to accumulate because it's snowing during the afternoon, the roads will be too warm, the sun angle is too strong". Tell that to D.C/Baltimore and Philly who got 60-80" during the Snowpocalypse.
uofmiami
Clipper looks juicy on radar but wonder how much moisture makes it over the mountains as it heads East. Probably get shamwowed & see what moisture from the atlantic we get, if any.

Just had an appeal to court of appeals denied for blatantly political reasons.

Even in a marginal temp situation, the problem is the temperature, not the sun angle. The sun angle doesn't really play a role until we enter March and even than it only plays a role in light snow/marginal temp situations.

bates
Euro is colder Ant -- Good question to ask JB on tomorrow's show. He's honking big on a wintry second half. Euro is hinting that but GFS says no way. I'd like to know his reaction to the current GFS solution.
