Yeah but he could be the smartest guy in his town for all we know. I don't like to judge someone's knowledge based on whether they have a degree in a particular field or not. Often times the brightest folks don't have a degree (sometimes the best forecasters). Not defending Mark Vogan particular, just making a general statement.
