snowstormcanuck
06z NAM shows about the same snows, but has 9-12" in east IA...im not buying this at all. 3-6" maybe 7" seems more realistic there Welcome to the board!

He has never cared about the MW. Way back when he was free or first year of that PRO-Accuweather he emailed me basically admitting that the MW was not his audience. I have never paid attention to him again.

cyclone77
Go get it, good luck You too. Looks good for you guys later today. As Justin and others have mentioned, flake size is small, but it seems to be accumulating nicely. DGZ should grow a bit later on as well, so even though flake size is small due to the wind it's fairly densely packed.

According to the 850 meso analysis, we only went below 0 at 850 like an hour or two ago, so ratios should start around 10:1 before ramping up. But then IWX didn't even match that map to there point and click. Just click on Coldwater. Right now the point & click total is 4-6". Maybe they plan on updating it soon. GRR seems a little gun shy this time around after getting burned on the last event. They have the City of GR under an Advisory instead of a warning, for instance.
