It's pivoting east and starting to affect me now west of the CD. Maybe this is sort of whats left of the deformation behind the low. It will have to swing through I assume, but usually it kind of disintegrates as it moves toward the HV..then Upslopes into the Berks, Tacs, and Greens....

21 and snow here now.

Nothing here like what hit the Berks today..maybe 3/4 inch total today post front.

Snow letting up for now, but it looks like a ton of moisture still to the W and NW in NY State. If some of this stuff pivots E and SE toward us, we may keep the upslope machine going well into tonight. I don't think it'll be as heavy as it was since things may be stabilizing a bit, but we may still get several more hours of 0.75 -SN or 0.5 SN, perhaps even some periods of 0.25 +SN. Already reaching warning level snow around here.

my guess is it is all being aided by a kink in the mid-levels. even the OES stuff i think. things are fairly unstable overall with that ULL still pinwheeling through.

It looks really nasty out right now. Appears to be snow coming out of the sky somewhere on the south shore looking out my south facing windows. Radar has snow falling on Nantasket
