Elevation and latitude are on your side for at least the first few hours.
moneypitmike
A final note that I'll also put in the observatoin thread-- Just went to get the wood for the night and it's snowing. Hot damn!
dendrite
GFS is basically all snow here until the dryslot. Interestingly H85 is now the warmest layer and not H8.
Chrisrotary12
It's in the title of the thread, but no one is talking about it. Let's forget about this miserable rain coming in tomorrow and start talking about the potential for some snow on Friday as it appears all areas will be seeing some flakes flying. Logan11
Ovc and 32/22 here. It has broken out as light snow apparently about 25 miles southwest of here. Flurries in Preston Hollow and -SN in Gilboa. Edit: and a few flurries starting here now. A little further north, but similar fate I'm afraid...I've gone from a low of 28 up to a current temperature of 30. We usually do pretty well in "classic" setups...maybe not like GFL or Eastern NE, but well nonetheless. Not meant to be this time.

I'm not sure everyone will be seeing snow on Friday. The western higher terrain has the best shot.

Ok so maybe everyone doesn't see snow(messenger....bob), but the chance is still there. And isn't it better to talk about the chance of seeing flakes that a 38 degree rain? I'll confirm that it's almost all of SNE b/c there ain't a flake flyin' here currently but the radar is full. Virga +
HIPPYVALLEY
The RA vs SN line is holding steady moving into Ct and some pretty heavy echoes are breaking out to the South so there might be some folks surprised by a front end thump even if it's short lived.
