dryslot
Yup. "Mixing will hold accumulations down along the coast." You guys pay the price sometimes in winter but you reap the benefits in summer
Clinch Leatherwood
Usually when we see s/w's that wrapped up, we see some real volatility in the model solutions as we close in on the event. Ought to be an interesting suite tonight. Looks awfully strong to me.

PWMan
You guys pay the price sometimes in winter but you reap the benefits in summer Yeah, it's not a bad tradeoff. And unlike coastal areas in much of SNE, we're at least "in the mix" with this type of setup. Definitely anxious about the 00z runs. Not much more wiggle room here if we want a halfway decent front-end thump (halfway decent this winter meaning more than a sloppy coating). Your going to need a couple tics SE, Would not hurt here if that happened either, Don't know with the storm being pretty wrapped up though, If not holding serve would be fine
