By that time average model QPF looks to be about .1" Snow could survive a column like that so a coating to 1" isn't out of the question. But in light precipitation events I usually assume the warm mid-levels will win out. And I expect more sleet than snow. Up here in the lowlands of the Hudson Valley we just hit our daily high of 35F. I assume it's supposed to move towards the area, RUC has 850mb temps reaching 0C again around 3z with the sounding showing sleet for most, if not all of N NJ, around 3-4z.
