I think I figured out how they get away with that, since generally ECMWF contractually prevents free distribution of their QPF data. That's the key: QPF. Since the snowfall maps aren't QPF (they're a snowfall estimate based on the QPF and temp profile), technically they are apparently able to distribute it. Sneaky.

...or creative!

Based on that map, it shows some (very) light stuff Delaware R. and east, as far north as the Lehigh Valley. Do you think it makes it this far north?

Maybe some flurries. I tend to think measurable will stay south of the LV.
