I'm definitely jealous. Today was one of the more miserable days in quite some time. Clouds, fog, and drizzle since yesterday, and the temp has only now just climbed out of the 30s.

I think it's much more interesting than 55 and sunny.

It's pretty amazing how well the CAD held on, while it was much warmer to our west, and to our east (it was 55 both at Wisp and Ocean city today). I honestly didn't think there would still be snow on the ground right now.

By the way, 38 right now. High was 40.

It might be interesting from a meteorological standpoint (namely how well the CAD held on), but it doesn't make it any less miserable, IMO.

Another dreary morning. 43 and fog out in PG. Looking forward to seeing the sun this afternoon.

1 to 2 inches of rain forecast for my area. Flood watch for most of western WV this afternoon and tonight. If only this would be snow...

Heavy rain fail...0.35" total. Front came through with high wind gusts around midnight. It's cooling down now with wind still gusting up to 15.

This winter will be known as warm, windy and wet in mby.

I've got a new vantage pro at work and I came in today thinking it was not calibrated correctly because it says there's only been 0.10" here in Columbia, but looking at the overnight obs from around the area, it turns out it might be dead on.

As a sidenote, I might have to get one of these for home. It's a pretty cool toy.
