QC_Halo
I'm sure that's what my husband thinks, too. The reality, though, is more like "Home Alone". with a 21 month old Hellion Child?
weatherfide
We should be hoping for a cool summer. It's all we got left now.
GaffneyPeach
with a 21 month old Hellion Child? Oh, goodness, No!! I'd call the National Guard if I thought I'd be locked in the house with an 'almost' 2 year old without help.
tnweathernut
ok, so i would just like to say i can now officially debunk the thunder and snow within 10 days myth. I have had thunder all winter long.....................snow..................not so much.
magpiemaniac
Our central heat went out over the weekend at home and we're waiting for a part. Sort of glad we're going to have above average temps this week.

Brick Tamland
I just read Allan Huffman's blog for today. I guess thinks look interesting for this weekend, but seems like a long shot. I think we have two weeks to work with in February and then it'll be back to the warmth. Maybe that storm around the 11th will happen and that'll be our one big winter storm this winter. nchighcountrywx
I just had this winter put in perspective for me. We get our 1200 gal propane tank topped off every Sept. Last year I had to fill it back up on Feb 3. Propane guy just left after checking it and said it was almost half full ! Joe: That's a hoss of a tank! Pretty penny to fill that bad boy up. About the size of one of those booster tanks on space shuttle!
