moneypitmike
Time to bring the general bantor/obs thread back to live. Lots of zr. Kind of glad I hadnt cleared the dirve or else it would be a rink. Not sure when we arm up--the adviosry's only until 8:00, Maybe they'll need to extend it. Also, loving the call for up to an inch of sno after we flip. Meanhwile, eager for the inds--should be pretty decent I guess. 29.6/29, two-hour delay. Cholestoral test this morning. No cream in the coffee FTGL (for the groggy loss).
moneypitmike
Wow--50* in central park, 49* at both LGA and JFK at 7:00a.m. What month is it? Temp continue to tick up, 30.4/30. Yeah it's 50 here as well, and in the upper-40s across southern CT and RI this morning. 52 now at BID, 51 WST, 51 BDR, 50 GON, 50 HVN...meanwhile NW winds and 36 at MMK on the other side of the front. 50 degrees during the coldest week of the year doesn't surprise me with the way this winter has gone. Next week we start the slow climb towards Spring average-wise.
JJBASHB
29.7F 20 minute -fzrn shower. Enough to ice rink the driveway and coat the trees a bit. Would be trouble if it continued on for an hour or two.

moneypitmike
Bump up the general bantor thread again. Nice to have three non-contiguous WWA events in the span of less than two days! The first of these was the storm itself which provided 6". Then, the zr event last night that went until 10:00a.m. Finally, the WWA for the snows that snuck in yesterday/evening. While my 4" paled to areas to my west (Mitch), a really interesting and fun couple days. Now, I'll have to clear the damn stuff. Alas. Stage is set for a cold night with the fresh snow, that's for sure. 22.8/20, sn-

You missed a treat at the homestead, thoguh I'm sure you're getting some great conditions up there! Snowing prertty decently at the moment. Weak flakes so don't expect much to come up of it, but given the inter thus far, theast last 72 hours have been a weenie delight.

My friend's in Peru texted me this AM that they have picked up over 12" since yesterday around noon. My wife and eldest daughter went out to my snow board and measured 6.5" new since I left yesterday pre-dawn. Looks like a nice batch of upslope on-going in the N. Berks and a thin lake streamer as well. Psyched to get home and ski fresh pow at the Berkshire Snow Basin. Right now it's time to ski MRG !!!! Nice and cold with snow falling. I love Winter.
