nzucker
34.7 Up to 49.6F here in Rindge, I believe the forecast high was 42F. Mega-torch even though temperatures have peaked under cloudy skies. Not a skiff of snow remaining despite that roads were covered a couple nights ago when I arrived.
dendrite
34.7 I'm down to 34.7F now too. Torch fail north of CON, but I wuldn't have minded a 55F Saturday if there's no snow cover.
cheetah440
07 Doo rennegade 800, And i have an 03 mxzx 600, That 73 cheetah is awesome i really like the old school sleds, There were a lot of sled mfg in early 70's trying to get into the game I got into vintage about 12 yrs ago, bought a slew of old cats. At one point I had a Panther, Cheetah, Puma, 2 el tigre F/A's (these haul ass!), 4 jags and a Pantera along with a z-370. Was crazy, like a carnival in my parents field with 7-8 sleds going all at once. It was a beautiful site. All my nieces and nephews riding vintage sleds. Brings a tear to my eye just thinking about it. The old cats were great except for the notorious center seal issue with the Kawi motors. It's why you find them all with about 1200-2k miles on them, the crank eats that seal and sucks in air until, well, you know the rest of that story. I've rebuilt about 6 of those from the bottom up and then they run forever.
HIPPYVALLEY
44/32 Stuck in the low 40's here. Welcome to the upper valley. We end up too warm for snow in storms with marginal set ups but stay way cooler then everywhere else during winter torches. With no snow on trhe ground it would be more pleasant if we had warmed up today. I notice Greenfield and N Adams regularly have similar weather and temp profiles in the winter. Sitting in the mid 40's under cloudy skies is the worst right now. I'd rather have the 50's and sun that a few others are whining about lol
Mr Torchey
I would take this all spring long, sun and upper 50s low 60s with barely a breath of wind. Spring fever running rampant around town, little do they know that winter is about to lay the smack down.

Given the choice between seasonably cold and a couple warning events through March, versus 60F and sun for the rest of the winter into spring ... I'd at least have to stop and think about it

That usually leaves some nice burn holes in the pistons, I had a 73 scorpion super stinger 440 with the Rockwell JLO motor that ate pistons like it was its job, Crank seals were always the issue
