mahk_webstah
How's their snowpack..........lol i have patches in the woods!!!! several!!! Eric, don't bother with the toaster, it's too fast...get one of those knives with a hook on it and twist slowly...you have to be able to make the pain worse than it already is. That will take work. Moderator Brian, we are digressing, but it's your fault cuz you mentioned the fork.
Ginx snewx
Tip's band of light snow preceding the main system is probably the only aspect of this worth tracking for most of us. A coating to an inch if lucky could occur from that. At this point I would rather track bobcats with Pete in the hinterlands half naked with a leather thong on in -25 windchill. mahk_webstah
I have resolved to not get excited about any event unless every red tagger in this forum is demonstrably excited. Also, I love you Pete, but you can't start anymore threads this season on individual storms. I think we've got to get back to Bob.

dryslot
That's what Joe LL did tonight, isn't a pressure washer a compressor? No, You need both, You need the compressed air to cool the water, And a compressed nozle for the water

Snow Bow
I don't think it will work with a garden hose, Its the nozzle but i am no experrt It will work with just a garden hose and the air compressor. That's how mine is set up and I have been doing about 2-3 inches an hour the couple times I've run it this "winter"
Snow Bow
You need the nozzle, i made crystals but conditions were very borderline, and way too windy Yeah not even worth running it as windy as it's been tonight, no chance at hitting the ground within 50 feet. dryslot
You need the nozzle, i made crystals but conditions were very borderline, and way too windy Yeah, I thought so, You need a compression nozzle thats why they use a pressure washer and commpressor combo

Snow Bow
What do you use for a nozzle? I just bought a cap and drilled a small hole in it. Got all the parts for under 25 dollars from home depot. Pretty cool for the kids anyways. It really just makes you want to have one the ski resorts have, but still a neat project. Also, I love you Pete, but you can't start anymore threads this season on individual storms. I think we've got to get back to Bob. Bob just waits until a threat is modeled by the Euro then he starts a thread, That's not juju, that's cheating. Right after I started this thread the Euro showed a huge dump of cold air in the east with a monster storm and a steep west coast ridge. Guess who bit and started a thread. My juju is fine, it's snowing here now.lol
