Walt decided on a cat 4 hurricane in the far SE portion of the FA in his 10pm update:

IN ESSENCE...STRONG 3 HR PRES FALLS OF 67 MB COMBINED WITH MODELED

DEEPENING SFC LOW PRES THRU CENTRAL NJ THEN A SHOT OF 6 MB 3 HR

PRES RISES WITH THE WSW ENE MOVING DRY SLOT AND SOME OF THE MODEL

GUIDANCE POINTED TO THE 35-40 KNOTS GUSTS NOW IN THE FCST.

Other than that obvious typo, I enjoy the professionalism of that office and staying on top of changing weather conditions.

not sure if this is what was supposed to be the squall line, just got home from work, breezy with moderate to heavy wind blown rain as I came down 295 to Woodbury...hard to maintain "squally" status til 4 am in late december, feel like this woulda been more impressive if it had come through a few hours faster
