Fozz
I've seen more than a few people say that if isn't going to snow, they don't want the cold either. What do you think?
H2O
yes. need cold. Summer heat sucks if there is no cold to balance it out. I live here for the different seasons. If I wanted 70 and sunny all the time then I'd move to San Diego or LA.

NattyBo
If I wanted the seasons to be the same year round, I'd move way south of here. Bring on the cold.
MN Transplant
+5 would be considered a major torch, yet that leaves room for days in the 30s and days in the 60s. I might have answered "cold" before I had heating bills and dog chores. I just want snow, and I want the snow to stick around. So if it snows, it can be super-cold. North Balti Zen
IF there is to be no snow, I am fine with unseasonably warm. More selishly, my BGE bill is very fine with unseasonably warm. And I am okay with that.
Kevin Druff
Yes. Going outside in the single digits is invigorating. This. Definitely, this.
Jason Es
I would much rather have temps in the upper 40s rather than the teens if it isn't going to snow. Plus it makes my room feel nice when I open my window.
PrinceFrederickWx
Yes I want it cold. Last year was much better. We didn't have much snow but at least it felt like December, getting hit in the face with single digit wind chills as I walked across the parking lot to work. This warm/wet pattern is like Christmas in California. I hate it. Full disclosure: my apartment rent covers heat, but not air condtioning. So I will always be financially motivated to say cold is better.
das
I prefer cold, even if it is not snowing. This way, you can still do typical outside wintertime activities like skiing (on manmade snow) and skating on ponds and the C&O canal. Going for a run in 5°F is envigorating and a couple of good cold snaps do wonders for keeping the bug population down the following year.

Sparky
I'd like to put in an order of torch with a side of cold. Just a quick shot of cold that is transient and short lived just for the feel then back to warmth.

Bob Chill
One of my favorite parts of living in the MA is that we have 4 distinct seasons. Not perfect for summer/winter but I like it. I'll take the cold. Plus, I'm an ex career ski bum and I still like to take my family a couple times a winter. The ski resorts are HURTING really bad right now. I feel bad for them. Bob Chill
If you want cold and no snow, please scrape the ice off my windshield in the morning. Buy a bottle of prestone de-icer washer fluid. I use it every winter. Only have to scrape when it is in the single digits to low teens. I only scape the doors and that's super easy.
Mrs.J
I want 4 seasons if possible. This warm stuff today on the last day of school is not to my liking. Although sure the kids will enjoy the warm temps. wanting to play outside.

catoctin wx
No. Do not want to be standing out at MARC and/or Metro platforms in the cold (if it isn't going to snow).\Also the mild weather keeps my bank account happy
VAsnowlvr82
Absolutely want cold even if its not going to snow. I wait 8 months of the year to throw on a jacket and ENJOY some cold weather. If you don't like it move to a place I would never dream of going like Florida or California. 50s and 60s are the most god awful boring weather in existence!
