Models seem to be headed toward what he's been thinking for a while now? we'll see! Thanks TW He's talking mainly about pattern (and it looks cold and stormy) He did say possible major east coast storm next weekend. But no kind of specifics of course this far out! That is a cross polar injection of cold into the N America with a negative epo... the kind of pattern that can bring snow all the way into the heart of Dixie, yet alone further north... He mentioned last week a east coast storm for next weekend and his maps showed north of us with the line in NC but with minimal amounts. He said but after Feb 6th we look good. Calling it a Fab Feb. I'm just jaded to JB because of how many times I bought into his hype only to be severely disappointed. I've said before I like JB, I think his passion for weather is envious. Everybody can be wrong but JB? I realize they give free info on here and I greatly appreciate it. But for those that pay for JB and give people some of his thoughts (which cost them $0) and they still want to bash him. All I can say is, lol I'm glad Robert is going to stop the free info (to some degree) on here, He deserves to get paid for his knowledge!!! BTW, All the Mets, Pro Forecasters on here are great and appreciated it would not be worth being on here if it wasn't for them sharing their knowledge with us weenies. I'm in no position to bash anybody about weather as I don't know much at all, But I can't understand all these JB basher's which cost them nothing??? I'm going to pay for Robert's services too! He said there is no need to panic, or dance, with any model run . This next 7 days is transitional but behind it, I think this pattern is loading up for the Fab Feb I am not going to waffle back and forth with every model run. In addition , deep troughs in the Gulf of Alaska and Europe mean deep troughs develop in the east. I have been trying to get him to do this for a couple of months and I am glad he is finally fulfilling his dream. He is a great guy that knows our area better than anybody.
