well, I will take a little bit of that back, its cold enough at the very beginning to start as snow about 10am xmas morning, then its going to pour.

Perfect slap in the face to top off an already atrocious winter-wx month. It's time to just forget it in this pattern and move on to whenever the regime up north changes. Anything that amplifies will likely keep doing so until it's a soaking torching rain. Anything that doesn't will slide off the coast as a barely defineable wave.

Storm takes too long to develop and allows the High pressure to slip east.

We need the storm to be 12hours+ faster to have any shot, in the euro setup and even that would probably mean front end and then rain.

Or delay it a full day and allow the trough to shift far enough east like I wanted it.

Brutal dueling PV pattern between Greenland and Alaska.

Oh well. It is what it is. I suggest we all do a few tebows and pray something changes for the better. Otherwise, enjoy the holiday time with your loved ones, or if you are a loaner like AG3, your stuffed animals, and just eat, drink and be thankful you experienced December 2009 through February 2011.
