It is absurdity and quite honestly, I thoroughly will enjoy ignoring it like I always do no matter what solution it shows ever. This month at least featured a good storm with wind and 2.6 inches of rain. Dec 01 had nothing and less than an inch of precip total. It was a harbinger of things to come....
