Big Tuna were seen just off the beach this past weekend, the weather is a month behind. Betting heavy we freeze until April now. It is becoming clearer the lag was much greater than I ever thought. Jerry was right about the seasonal change beginning this week and taking hold Christmas. By Jan it is an arctic express month.

At least the chilly nights have the deer moving.

You're right.

We have increasing chances of two widespread accumulating snow events next week.

We have two shots of snow to ice to rain most lilely. The SE ridge will reappear but farther east than it has been allowing for a somewhat more south and east storm track than we've seen. With no blocking that still means something prob cuts west with no coastal secondary..but it's better than 55-60 and rain like the old pattern had. My suggestion would be to not give up on 2 wintry theats next week

So 1-2" and then washed away? That's what Christmas is all about.

On this we disagree. It's the difference between no vs 2 dinners.

LOL, well I like snow, but getting 1-2" of snow in a winter that can't produce and then having it washed a way is like a dagger to me. But everyone is different.

I could envision snow or ice to rain, but I'm not so sure of a true SWFE like everyone wants.

I'm with you but want to win my bet. An inch of front end snow followed by 67 and showers does it for me.
