famartin
Changed back to rain in Lancaster and warmed up a couple of degrees.
Isotherm
About as cold of a rain as you can get, 36F right now here in Villanova. Precip looks to be ending in an hour for SE PA. We'll probably see a couple flakes to finish.
LVblizzard
Light snow which isn't sticking. Looks like the total accum. will be along the lines of T or 0.1".
ChescoWx
Looks like last band of snow is just swinging through now...non paved surfaces are coated. Temp is still at 33.5 so not much accumulation at all
MGorse
The back edge of the precipitation is pretty much ripping eastward.

Parsley
JB may get this right in the end Wrong here. Way Wrong. Nothing close to 3 inches here....more like 3 slushy flakes. Impressive storm nonetheless.

JCT777
Rain: 1.97" Snow: 0.00" Yard dry out date pushed back to 6-28-12 LOL...but at the same time, I think you might be optimistic. Over 2" of rain in Spring Mount. I know I heard a little sleet mix in right before falling asleep at midnight last night. Guessing we had some snow flakes before precip tapered off, but no accumulation. The Perk Creek was pretty high this morning, but looks like it didn't flood near Spring Mountain. Sunny and Warm
Little Lehigh is out of its banks- Spring Creek Rd is closed again. MY sump pump is running. NO MORE RAIN PLEASE. That happens so much anymore that it really isn't news. Thank goodness we only got 1.59". It could have been worse. In addition, ABE now stands at 69.68" for the year. It breaks the old record by about two inches, and with three weeks to go, they have a great shot of topping 70" for the first time ever. That's about 25" above normal for the year. Just phenomenal. dryslotted
Still wondering why the counties/townships decided to salt Route 73 and 38 overnight. I get the whole "err on the side of caution" thing, but I don't recall seeing one prediction that gave us accumulating snowfall. We didn't even really come close to freezing last night... I'm guessing they may have been concerned about the water possibly freezing before evaporating off the roadways?
dryslotted
I'm guessing they may have been concerned about the water possibly freezing before evaporating off the roadways? That must be it. I suppose they are damned if they do, and damned if they don't with marginal events like this. I can definitely understanding at least coating the on/off ramps... mattinpa
All I got last night was some flakes mixing in. Not even a complete changeover.

JTA66
Ended up with 2.1" of rain. If any flakes mixed in, it happened after I went to sleep. As JCT77 said, I may have heard some IP pinging, but that may have been wishful thinking on my part. Anxiously awaiting the next ALEET!
