weatherMA
The position where the 0c 850 line "halts" is about 15 miles west of 18z...but sensible wx for us isn't probably too different in the letter frames. ALB is borderline for snow at 3z. edit: I think this is just from the timing of it being slightly quicker.
CoastalWx
Hopefully it moves more ENE as it deepens south of SNE.
Cold Miser
I got elevation on ya little brother LOL although I wish I was 1 mile further East at the Foster Border at 625 feet. Are you at 550'?

Boston-winter08
some of it is a timing issue on the NAM, looks quicker by about 25-50 miles relative to 18z placement, but still definintely warmer
powderfreak
As expected we are in for a delightful evening, the furthest se srefs have gone a bit further se and cooled...........this is going to be great! I thought you said earlier this was coming NW for all of ski country? lol. I'm sticking with my guns, interior SNE at least gets the grass covered from ORH-TOL and points west. ORH_wxman
Hopefully it moves more ENE as it deepens south of SNE. Backhoe baby...just need the vortmax to dig eastward...its strong enough that it can do it...but its going to be close.
CoastalWx
It actually looks like the NAM is just a bit faster than 18z...but not much different in actual placement....we'll see in a few more frames...but it looks like maybe an hour or two faster. I'm looking at the changeover down in MD and it looks faster on the 00z run. Yeah I see that. It really starts to go to town south of SNE at hr 30. Tropopause_Fold
changeover looks like it would be into ORH area around 08z or so but it's a bit skimpy on precip, verbatim

CoastalWx
but it's a bit skimpy on precip, verbatim It seems like it screws ern areas a bit once it gets cold enough.
ORH_wxman
Wow, def faster it seems. I think faster is worse for us since it gives the storm less time to really dig a tunnel eastward. Still a good flip over at the end, but that is not a trend I want to see continue...a faster trend is worse....and probably means the vortmax is getting ground up a bit. dryslot
Not good here, Low tracks thru DE Maine more of a NNE track then NE, About a 50 mile shift NW once it gets past CC
Mr Torchey
Wow! Nam looses almost all dynamics on the backside, a nasty looking comma if at all, unbelievable.
CT Rain
Looks like most of SNE gets the shaft. Better for MRG points N&W into Catskills and Greens.
Clinch Leatherwood
some of it is a timing issue on the NAM, looks quicker by about 25-50 miles relative to 18z placement, but still definintely warmer Yeah, 0z has it 50-60 over SE areas versus the 12z 45-50. When it's borderline for Sunday River it's probably not a good sign for most of us.
weatherMA
Verbatim..not a good run for ORH east but odd to see it changeover around the same time but with significantly less precip.
