Upper 30's hills..no higher than low 40's valley

Is that normal for that area this time of year? Over my area, ~40F is the typical high for this time of year. Point-clicks are in the mid 40's for all of SE MA, S RI, SE CT.

Just making it to normal will feel cold for the crap we've been in. Today felt ok and it hit 50F.

Sunday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 20. Light and variable wind.

Been seasonable here the last two days. Looks to continue through the weekend. In fact all of next week looks about normal here.

Its been nowhere near normal Pete, not even close for you.

Unless your new normal is bdl.

d11-15 EC ens looked a little better in the EPAC/AK, but the SE ridge is flexing its muscles. Maybe some split flow and gradient chances?

Euro ensembles have a gradient pattern with us in the good side and very different vs op d10.

Yea I thought the ENS looked decent going forward for our quadrant. The cutter next week might dampen out some. Perhaps a SWFE forerunner before it cuts? Decent HP in Quebec

Still not very impressed so far. As Brian said...se ridge continues. There might be another transient -EPO ridge before Christmas.

Does the ridge need to be pushed east? Broken up? Dissolved?  It's been there since when? Late October?

SE ridge needs to flatten just a little, actually rounded works too. Great gradient though we need to be on the good side. Looks to me like overrunning season is about to begin, we just need to be on the good side of things, which we have not been at all.
