tmagan Posted December 3, 2011 Share Posted December 3, 2011 I was checking out the 18Z December 2nd SYNOP observations and noticed that North Korea has quite a few observing stations. I know that Pyongyang sends out an upper air report, but I was surprised that for a closed and secretive nation that they have quite a few observing stations.
