Ellinwood
Most of the errors anyone has on this site (or any site, for that manner) are only found when using IE. IE is a piece of crap and is loaded with errors that make you more susceptible to viruses and malware compared to the other main web browsers. If you're stuck with using IE at work, then I feel very sorry for you. Try installing one of the following browsers and using it for awhile... you'll wonder why you ever stuck with IE as long as you did: Google Chrome - http://www.google.com/chrome Mozilla Firefox - http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/ Safari - http://www.apple.com/safari/ Opera - http://www.opera.com/ ----- There has been a gradual decline in the percentage of IE users for years, and it will continue to decline as more and more people become more computer savvy and recognize how quick and painless getting and using another browser is. Chrome has just surpassed Firefox as the #2 most-used browser and is continuing to climb as it draws users away from IE and Firefox: http://www.engadget.com/2011/12/01/statcounter-chrome-leapfrogs-firefox-for-the-first-time-still/

Cary
IE is perfectly fine for me. I find Chrome and Firefox to be much slower and an overall pain.
Kevin Druff
Actually, IE9 is a fairly good browser. IE10 will be even more standards-compliant. The biggest problem I have with Microsoft is their deployment schedule: once a year. By way of comparison, new versions Firefox and Chrome are released every few months, if not more frequently.
