RIC Airport
Preliminary CLI came out but the snowfall data is missing. However, 0.04" of precip was reported. Perhaps 3.9" isn't the final total at the airport? 4.0" goes down for storm total.

RIC Airport
yea thats awesome. i looked at jan 1940 and it does not match the record lows though That is because the 1930-1946 data is from the city office, Chimborazo Park. I have the daily airport data for this period, but I do not have all of the original forms.....haven't been able to find them anywhere just yet. Kevin Druff
Pretty amusing that the winter score is (likely) going to end with RIC 2-0 DCA when it comes to advisory/warnings. Not often that happens.
Huffwx
Short term models are north too-- The tend to go a little too far, but honestly I'd be more shocked if the best bands went to my south vs on me or to my north. Nasty dry slot for some places that get rocked for 90 minutes and then it cuts off.
