light flurries and snow here in Fuquay Varina now...about time. Things are about to get BAD for Raleigh rush hour...I love it!

like I said before, the snow arrived in North Carolina at the worst possible time for travel/schools.... things are about to get shut down and people dont even realize it yet

Good morning all you NC people! hope you're having a snowy morning! Radar looks good this morning, better than when I went to bed! we're still before freezing here, schools are delayed 2 hours here in Gwinnett! Yea! Good luck to everyone and DRIVE SAFE.

Atlanta12:15 a.m.: Cobb County dispatchers received nearly 350 calls from 4 p.m. until shortly after 10 p.m. Thursday night, Officer Joe Hernandez with Cobb police told the AJC. But officers could not get to all of the wrecks, and had to focus on those with injuries, Hernandez said. That puts the number of wrecks in the metro area to more than 1,000.

do you realize what time charlotte and points west will get to my area? after the thaw... sorry, I'm calling it like I see it

Ummm... No. Look at the RAH radar closely and you will see the "hole" is filling in rapidly. And you might want to use high resolution radar as its much better than NWS radar or any other service out there.
