No. Look at the RAH radar closely and you will see the "hole" is filling in rapidly. And you might want to use high resolution radar as its much better than NWS radar or any other service out there. Look again and see a second wave building in over Montgomery and Richmond. And if you get snow at all, any declaration of fail is specious. Looks like Eyewall will be seeing another shot shortly.
