Eyewall: first of all, it'll be great to have another source for weather here in the Sandhills!

On the map, your precip calls were fairly zonal, as opposed to the WRAL call. Is that due to a heavier precip expectation to the west or has the notion that the northeastern corner of the state will get more snow lessened?

Euro is much colder at 12z bottom half of NC is ZR at 24 hrs. for NC and into SC...snow for 40 north not much precip though . I know it's more of a nowcast situation but interesting none the less.

Through 48, once it is out, can you paint the QPF picture for the SE, and how it compares to say the NAM, and GFS on amounts and placement...

ABUNDANT MOISTURE IN THE MID LEVELS WILL OVERRUN FREEZING

TEMPERATURES NEAR THE SURFACE TO BRING A THREAT OF FREEZING RAIN

OR SLEET TO PARTS OF NORTH GEORGIA THIS AFTERNOON AND OVERNIGHT.

THE GREATER WINTRY THREAT IS ALONG AND NORTH OF A CEDARTOWN TO
