I would think people interested in the weather and posting on a weather board would understand that it's not as simple as that. Well I think the meteorologists being mentioned are in the bright lights because of their positions. So they're obviously going to be bashed a bit more than others. The surface showed zero after the cold front but check out the H5 at hour 192..After this it's truncation and the GFS completely loses this energy. There is absolutely no encouraging signs on the data that say a full scale pattern change is on the way. I'll see where were at by the 15th looking ahead...
