Well it's pretty ridiculous outside. In my travelings I saw people sitting outdoors drinking wine and roses in bloom. Never saw that in my life, this time of year.

my honeysuckle and forsythia are in bloom, and my potentilla shrubs are in full leafout...def not your average end of fall pattern

Are you guys serious? Flowers blooming? You must be kidding. What a different climate.lol

The high of 57.2 really sucked. But as has been noted, the change is right around the corner. Meanwhile, I will repost this picture of earlier today as it's the only snow we've got--until next weekend I hope. My 6-year old shed the fleece she was wearing on this walk and insisted on a t-shirt.

48.9/38

The snow held on here at the house though it did get warm. I can't believe the eastern flatlanders have flowers blooming. That's fookin' crazy.

December 1998 saw temps in the 70's. I remember because my first kid was born and my wife wanted to wrap her up in a million layers for the trip home. I told her it was warm out, and she told me I was nuts. The nurses convinced her it was actually stupid warm out. Winter will come eventually.

I drove through some of the most dense fog that I've ever seen. You could only see maybe 200' in front of you, which isn't much when you're going 60mph. I couldn't even see the other side of the highway....it was like a sci-fi movie.

Slow it down, Hans!

Nice morning here. Of course, way too warm, though.

36.4/35, only got down to 35.7.

29/27 herr after a low of 28

Surprised it dropped that much

Was near 40 when i went to bed

Sneaky cold

Was near 40 when I woke up. Looks like no sub-freezing here until Wed night/Thursday night. But, it's nice to see flakes in the forecast for Friday night. Not that a friday night forecast means diddly at this point.....

35.6/34

Boy Mike, I'm always envious of your snowfall up there but you're like the tropics temp wise...

29/29 here atm. Heading out for a walk in the woods with the dog.
