Decent cool off on my thermometer, now under 37º, sitting at 36.7º. Rain drops look bigger. Baby steps.

At this point I would extend the 6+ area southward to Kokomo/Marion and go with 6-10" locally higher from there northward through IN and into MI. I don't think we'll have much of a problem seeing double digit totals at least in isolated fashion. As for LAF, I'm glad I didn't go higher than 2-4". I guess I'm leaning toward the lower end at this point but this is a rapidly evolving situation. We'll see what happens.

Yeah looking at things right now, I like my original call of 1-2" for us. And that may end being too aggressive. We'll see. Agreed with your thoughts on the 6"+ area. Going to be a great hit for those areas.

We've got to be so close right now...

The window has temporarily become my best friend.

Just rain at my place now...no PL mixing in. Unfortunately this looks like it's gonna be a close miss for us, relative to the dumping that's look to take place 30 or so miles to the east. I hope it's not the theme of this upcoming winter. :devilsmiley:

Pretty sure we have some sleet over here. I may be wrong, but it definitely sounds like a little sleet...

Its been snowing huge flakes since about 11:45am here guys. Havent even seen any rain drops since. All snow. I watched the news at noon and the radar showed us still in the green? Odd to say the least. Not sticking yet but nice to see. Hope its here to stay.

Luckily I got to go home and experience GHD. The lake effect really helped us reach the 19"+. Great storm...

I should have gone back home for that one. Stuck it out in LAF for the sleet storm of the century.

Temp down to 36º on my thermometer. Keep dropping baby...

And now back over to PLRA here. Definitely not cooled down enough yet.
