MNR flood watches cover all of Southern Ontario right now. Conservation authorities have begun upgrading the watches to advisories in most of southwestern Ontario, the Golden Horseshoe, and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Essex Region also has a beach erosion advisory along Lake Erie and Lake St. Clair.

Thanks for that link. Quirky that EC doesn't deal with hydrology like the NWS does.

I have a friend between Jackson and Memphis and he already had 3" 3 hours ago, this storm down there is overperforming big time.

We all knew this was coming but its still weird to see the deep south get their first WSW's before many of us...

Actually it seems thats been happening a lot lately. Some place in a location that rarely sees snow getting a ridiculously early snowfall, before many in the north. Happened each of the last 3 years or so I believe. Right on track....for another snowy winter here :devilsmiley:

This, another example is that the Texas Panhandle has already had snow.

Looking at soundings, GUS, OKK, and FWA looks nice on the NAM. I'd almost hedge and say 4"+ are possible in those spots, but I don't want to jinx anyone. :whistle:

Low levels still too warm here. Sticking with my 1-2" thoughts.

My call is 1-3" but as I told someone, I wouldn't be shocked if I received nothing or if we had 6".
