Nice 100 mile shift.

It does keep hanging that inverted trough back at the sfc which would allow for a change to snow and maybe an inch or two in the interior at the end. That's been there on the Euro too...that is probably the only hope for getting any snow out of this system unless we see a shift back to the old Euro solution from a couple days ago.

Tonight's GFS looks like another pretty warm air mass in place for the Wednesday threat. The 00z NAM was quite a bit colder at 84h.

GFS looks like a rain event for virtually all of New England save the extreme northern Mts near the Canadian border.

Meh...only expecting rain...but will it be a cold rain? That's the burning questiin

Yeah it's been consistent with that.

Yes it will likely be a brutal cold rain as the CAD signal has been there...classic 36F and rain. Hopefully we can pull off some snow at the end of it for a white T-day.

That is quite the torch pattern for the weekend immediately following Thanksgiving. Kevin is going to see people driving back home on the weekend with arms out the window and tshirts flapping in the wind.

Raybans with those green straps at the ends, flying in the warm breeze blowing into the vehicle.
