Here in NE Baltimore City, my yard has seen:

12/16: One inch

12/26: Dusting

01/08 Dusting

So...a little over one inch on season so far. That has been two WWA and one Winter Storm Watch "events" too. So while I am happy to see another WS Watch hoisted for my area, that has not exactly been a harbinger of good things. Maybe this time.

As for my seasonal expectations, I believe in some thread or another I was stating I hope for around 15 (well below BWI average of 22). Not feeling great about getting there. Maybe Tuesday will help.

Not really, his average is about 12" so he reached that.

The average at the airport (1980-2010, according to Anthony) is just above 10.5" ... I'd bet that Midlo's and my average on this side of town is a few inches higher than that, as the transition line will frequently line up N/S directly through the heart of the city.
