The Special Marine Warning from NWS BUF mentions a possibility of waterspouts, in addition to 50kt winds. Got to be careful with these storms, however, because these aren't your typical waterspouts that fizzle out before they reach the coast. These can continue inland as tornadoes if they touch down.
