wisconsinwx
It looks like much of the heavier precip in NW Illinois is falling apart. Hopefully it stays together for a few more hours to at least allow those further east to get some light snow or rain showers.

turtlehurricane
We're in the big band, but it's half rain half snow. It was snowing pretty good earlier but it could barely stick to any surfaces. I doubt we'll see any accumulation from this one afterall.

Not good to hear, probably happening as the precip is lightening up. The heaviest of the defo band is shifting just east of MSN it looks like, heading this way probably. The heaviest of the defo band is shifting just east of MSN it looks like, heading this way probably. Snow is filling the air again. Maybe the backside of the band is more legitimate. 33.5 °F on top of the met building, probably the best we'll manage based on surrounding obs. Yeah, here at MU we're missing the band you just got under, hopefully that band moving along 94 heads straight east and not northeast.
