Tullioz
Tullioz, Did you get any snow/sleet this morning ? Do you think we'll get any of the wrap around snow showers tonight ? It's been all rain here. The temperature bottomed out at 33.6 overnight, warmed up to 44 around noon and has since dropped to 40.1 at this time. I am pretty confident we will at least see some flurries this evening and overnight. Starting to pay more attention to the event later this week now. Brian
Falcons are going to slaughter the Panthers....Sorry../////.If they were playing in Atlanta and we had a dad gum open air stadium, we would be seeing a rare NFL snow in a southern city. Lookout
Well finally got cold and the flurries are flying. Started about 5 minutes ago and the temp is down to 36. It looks like it should be heavier than it is looking at the clouds. Very milky as if there is a lot of precip falling out. But I have to say I'm impressed with how much moisture has made it this far east. Pretty unusual in these situations but thankfully the winds being out of the west/wsw has helped a lot. Not sure if that blob of snow near atlanta will make it here or not. It would help a lot of gsp went over to clear air mode.
DaculaWeather
Figures the heaviest returns are passing to my south. I can't complain I suppose... It actually appears to be filling in pretty nicely over NW Georgia and headed our way. http://www.daculaweather.com/ridge_georgia_master.php

Itunis
It actually appears to be filling in pretty nicely over NW Georgia and headed our way. http://www.daculawea...rgia_master.php Yeah we have plenty of time for snow to make it back over this way. I'm hovering at 29-30 degrees but the snow is apparently sublimating with the help of the wind (dewpoint is 22). Hopefully the wind dies down enough to let some snow stick to the car so I can actually take a pic this time.
HWY316wx
It actually appears to be filling in pretty nicely over NW Georgia and headed our way. http://www.daculawea...rgia_master.php I was just about to post that looking at the HTX radar, it was filling in very nicely and places like Dalton may really get surprised. Weatherkid up there in Kennesaw may get more than he bargained for as well. My office is in Kennesaw, so I am interested to see what shakes out up that way this evening and tonight. I love not having to worry about temps for once.

Hey itunis....It's starting to pick up here a little more in Adairsville. The hills to the west and northwest are becoming obscured so maybe things will pick up a little more soon. We are at 29F. Hopefully, we will all get at least enough to whiten the ground for a couple of days. After the hell that is called moving, I could use a little snow for my Christmas spirit! *While typing this, it's gone from flurries to a more steady snow. Here's to the white stuff!!! Cheers!
