Submitted: 27.6"

(didn't even see the team prediction on the website, right in the range)

Yeah the winter forecast got issued two nights before snowtober....didn't feel like changing the date...we've traditionally done the winter forecast last thurs of oct for a while now.

I'm going with 60" of snow for Philly. 3rd snowiest in history if this list is accurate:

Here are Philly’s snowiest winters:

1) 78.7" in 2009-2010 (strong El Niño)

2) 65.5" in 1995-1996 (weak La Niña)

3) 55.4" in 1898-1899

4) 54.9" in 1977-1978 (weak El Niño)

5) 49.1" in 1960-1961 (neutral)

6) 46.3" in 2002-2003 (moderate El Niño)

7) 44.3" in 1966-1967 (neutral)

8) 44.0" in 2010-2011 (moderate La Niña)

9) 43.9" in 1917-1918

10) 43.8" in 1904-1905
