Agreed, and I know you aren't just saying this because you live in the snow hole, I believe this will occur:

Baltimore: 1.6''

Around DC: 2.3''

CHO: 3.4''

RIC: 5.1''

That's preliminary...and also I doubt much mixing for RIC

Yeah, you could get 1.2 inches.
