And you're right, it is a crap shoot. I picked the under for everywhere west of the Mississippi (except STL), and the over to the east. We'll see how this works out. It's interesting seeing everyone's predictions shown graphically like that. I've never been too good at predicting upcoming climate patterns a season or two in advance, so my picks are basically based on good ol' gut instinct.
