Looks like you went up Cube too? Actually I didn't hike Cube, I did Smarts mtn, from a place called Quintown Rd, in between Cube and Smarts. That section of the AT is awesome...very quiet and somewhat remote, during non Thru-Hiker season. great series of photos. enjoy stick and white season Thanks Quaker...we are VERY close! tamarack Posted November 2, 2011 Share Posted November 2, 2011 Beautiful - enjoyed them all! Also loved the fisher close-up; it almost looked cute, an oddity for a first cousin to a wolverine. Fishers climb all the time, but the only one I ever happened to see up a tree was one which climbed a snag to see what was in the stream - myself and another in a canoe.
