hugo_fran
Hard to say what the real totals are given the amt of wind, but this spot measured at 7+" this morning at 6AM.
jcwxguy
looks like nws put out a winter weather advisory for me(1 to 2 inches, mainly grassy surfaces) , ill take what i can get considering i was expecting 0 snow accumulation today and tonight when i went to bed last night (still 50 outside and winds gusting to around 30)
mayjawintastawm
7.9 (average of 6 measurements from 6.5 to 9) here. Just guessing about 11:1 density given shoveling workload.
Srain
WWA is up for NE NM and the northern counties of the TX Panhandle as well.
RIC Airport
Looking at about 5 or 6" of wind driven snow. Looks like the worst of the snowfall is over, but just blowing snow now.
MN Transplant
Just got 2 friends from the Front Range, both from Longmont, reporting Thundersnow. I am slightly jealous. Had three different posts about thundersnow from my Colorado friends on Facebook. Two from Erie and one from Longmont. Jealous!
BlizzardWx
2-4" here in Boulder proper depending on whether you look at the grass or concrete. It is coming down hard. I love it when snow attacks you! I actually really like this shot. Since you did it right into the wind you can see the snowflakes small movements within the eddies of the wind. Feels like you are there.
Chinook
We got 9.5" at the official measuring spot at CSU. It's almost the exact same as the last storm. This is awesome!
tacoman25
5" in Westminster. Looks like areas both further north and south got hit harder than me this time.

baroclinic_instability
TSSN being reported in the Omaha area. Nice coupled upper level jet coupling right over that area with decent rates the last few hours albeit contaminated with melting. Hoping for a turnover here in KC this evening...will be tough but if we get some enhanced rates we may have a shot at changing over to wet snow. Of course I missed the first snow in NE of the season...go figure.
Thundersnow12
TSSN being reported in the Omaha area. The bright banding in that area was the craziest I've ever seen it.
Hoosier
The bright banding in that area was the craziest I've ever seen it. Yeah that was wicked. 3/9/98 in IL was close. There was like 65 dbz on the lowest scan back then.
