CoastalWx
Body-build is not that important a consideration as long as you're gettting good nutritioon. Even if you like eating crap (my diet sucks, but i enjoy it), you can include a multi-vitamin to help the nutritional levels. I don't recomment eating the crap I do, but if you do, you can still manage to get nutrition. Yeah he doesn't have to be Mr Universe by any means...but a little meat on the bones helps. I don't see you as a person eating crap..perhaps your idea of crap is different than mine.
ski MRG
Not to sound like a parent, but that isn't good. You should have a very healthy appetite. Between the 40s and vegging around...that's probably affecting your appetite. I know gyms can be expensive, but you should probably do a little strength training. Maybe the YMCA or Planet Fitness (10 bucks a month) is for you. It's good that you are practicing. You're going to need to be in shape soon. Today when you are watching football occasionally say "No,no,no !" and jump up as if you need to keep a toddler from stickiing something in an outlet. Do this several thousand times then tonight , just when you put your head on the pillow jump up again and strip the sheets on the guest bed as if a little one has just puked all over the place. This won't prepare you for actually being puked on but the sleep deprivation will give you a little taste of what's to come. I'd bet you won't make it through this long Winter without some sort of announcement to us all.

ski MRG
28/28, an overnight low of 26. Well, it's official, a vicious Winter will move in soon. I had a very vivid dream last night that featured life threatening Winter storms, neighbors working together to survive. In my dream I helped a friend mount traks on his 4wd Toyota pick up. It was the only way to get around. Super windy, super snowy, a very ominous tone to the dream. This followed a strong premonition I had yesterday afternoon. Look out. I'm rarely mislead by these. I'll remind you of the Winter Olypic premonition I shared. I saw a heavy event occurring weeks ahead of the games. Then, as if on cue, 40" of snow fell as I watched the Vancouver games. Heed my warning.

CoastalWx
I'm surprised you haven't figured out it's not about YOU. I speak for the both of us. There are times where I think about how cool it would be, and then other times where we are able to go out for dinner and we say to each other how we won't be able to do this anymore. I know it would be a great thing, but I think in the next year or so..it will probably happen.

Terrible I rarely drink soda. I have a freind that has a plumbing company. They had a contract to replace the stainless steel lines at a Coke bottling plant every 18 months. The Coke syrup was so corrosive it would pit the lines. As an experiment one year we put a 10d common nail in a cup of Coke . In 2 weeks it dissolved the nail. Imagine what it does to your guts. You know you will survive and come out of it stronger, but it's going to hurt and be a pain in the ssa for a while.
