snowNH
Wonder if temps actually fall during the day Friday. Fridays gonna be blustery no doubt.. high temp of like 50 at midnight falling to low 40s by afternoon with a windchill of 32 type deal? I'm heading to the big apple on Friday, I'm hoping the wind dies for golf on Saturday

powderfreak
Sun has broken out, now its off to the races, who hits 70+ today? Off to work, grass is growing like crazy again. BTV jumped into the water with both feet... highs of 60-70F across the mountains of northern New England today. There is a lot of idle snowmaking equipment lining the trails of New England ski areas right now. 9 AM TEMPERATURES ARE RUNNING 4 TO 9 DEGREES ABOVE READINGS THIS TIME YESTERDAY...AND WITH INCREASINGLY ADVECTIVE SOUTHERLY FLOW DEVELOPING ACROSS THE AREA...NO REASON TO DISAGREE WITH PRIOR FORECASTER`S ASSESSMENT OF RECORD...OR NEAR RECORD HIGHS IN MANY LOCATIONS TODAY. moneypitmike
Mike, what exactly do you do again? I'm in sales/consulting. Working with colleges and universities to assist them in their enrollment efforts. My company's headquartered in IA and I work regionally out of the Pit.. I'd prefer to cut down trees and split wood. 61.3/50 at the Pit now--TORCH. No snow in Cedar Rapids, but just north of the city they got some--looked good flying in. Tonight's moonrise: Nice shot of the moon. This warm weather is making me wish it was not pitch black at 5:30pm. Ahh summer when the sun was still way up in the air at this time, haha. It's awesome, two days straight of upper 60s when average highs are around 50 Nice shot of the moon. This warm weather is making me wish it was not pitch black at 5:30pm. Ahh summer when the sun was still way up in the air at this time, haha. Yeah, same. The extent of me enjoying this weather was being able to sit outside during lunch at school. Would be nice for it not to get dark at 4:30 for sure.

Organizing Low
Looking at mid 70's or better here in southern Spain for the next four or five days. Joe would have loved the beaches near Ponta de Sagres, Portugal (the end of the world before Columbus proved otherwise). People sunbathing and surfing, but a little cool for a lot of swimming. I want the wx pattern to turn cold again for my return on the 17th...... The GFS has so much cold air spilling over the pole and covering Canada...crime to keep it locked up there. damn sounds nice wish i was there
