The one time where you wish you were lower in elevation..lol.

Closest I ever came to what you had was 4/1/97. Lost power in that one as well as many trees. I know se mass got hit hard in the 12/26 storm too.

I was between 31.3 -32.6 for at least 9-10 inches of the snow..The last few hours it dropped down into the upper 20's and got as low as 28.6

i'm actually kind of surprised it was that warm for you...which seems stupid given the calendar but i really thought you might be more like 30/31. i figured MRG would be in the 20s but really thought 1/2 the event would be "relatively" cold for you. at least the snow total worked out.

That morning I was posting about dews down into the mid 20's and I was certain that it would be powdery.

But as we crept closer to start time...the dew steadily rose. It was 37.2/32..and quickly dropped down to 33 and then 32 after about an hour or two.

When we got home from the Halloweenie party down the street with the girls screaming from sparking wires about 8:30 it was still 32.1..at 11:00 when the power went out it was still 31.6

That's the one thing that I was wrong about...how wet it was. Sneaky warm layer at 800mb or so actually helped changed Garth over to a mix, so that ensured a paste job for you.

On the contrast, my co-worker west of MHT at 1000ft dropped to like 28F..lol.

Isn't that owned by the PVD mob or something?

The story goes that it was once a hideout for the PVD mob...that's about the only way the town would allow anything like that. They are so strict on zonin. Wouldn't even let DD have a drive thru and it had to be decorated as if it was from the 1800's on the outside.

That's pretty funny. Such a quiet town, and then a random strip joint there...lol.

Trick or treaters out tonight here...they had to move it from Oct 31 to Nov 3 because of all the downed wires and branches...also give time for more people to get power back. Funny seeing the kids in costumes walking down thew street with snow on the ground.

My son's final soccer game cancelled due to snow on the field/crappy conditions
