I created a pathcast (educated guess): AT 321 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO 5 MILES NORTHEAST OF BLAIR...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH. * THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR... 4 MILES EAST OF LUGERT BY 330 PM CST...
