there is a huge tree down at my block. I can't even drive down to survey the damage. Historic storm indeed.

A power line fell on a car as it was driving up my steep hilly block. We couldn't get to our place and had to turnaround and go a different way. Unreal man. Do you believe this insanity? Incredible.

Look what the 12z guidance is lining up for next weekend week of Nov 7

Yeah Tony the pattern looks to promote ridging in the East through mid November, with a dying MJO wave, and lack of blocking downstream. Indian summer big time - probably high temps 70-75 sometime the second week of November.This is on track w. what I've been thinking, pattern change should occur by Nov 15-20 w/ the development of a -NAO
