Clinch Leatherwood
BTW NAM finally caved. It was runner up, but at 18z it's still not quite as cold as the 12z Euro, but decidedly colder/east of the 12z.
snowNH
Looking at the CL&P outage map, it seems that most outages are in the valley.

HoarfrostHubb
Hey everyone. I'm a long time lurker of the board (an Eastern before this one). Just wanted to report that I'm seeing some snow mix in in Brookline Village. Welcome! Good event out in N ORH county... unless the trees come down, then it will suck

40/70 Benchmark
Sitting at 34 and rain.....well this sucks. It is the 4 pm hour. The hour I said it would change to snow and conditions would go downhill from here. Lets see how things go. Changeover started between 4 and 430, here

Clinch Leatherwood
When you look at the later NAM it's come a long way towards the Euro, but the Euro is still further S&E this evening. The result is a CCB that's over EMA a little further south than the NAM. Big difference for areas like Bob's, Dighton, Wareham, Halifax etc. Euro would give a solid 3-6" if not more, NAM it's flying out...still a pasting but quick and dirty. 40/70 Benchmark
Very apparent that the cooling is coming from aloft....my Davis, which sits @ only about 3M above the ground, is usually a degree or so cooler than the elevated wxbug site....however the opposite is now the case. SouthCoastMA
Lots of silence for your area from everyone. 3-6" seems highly probable, JMHO. Still weary about getting much. Last winter wore me out with the stubborn rain/snow lines 20 miles to the NW. EURO/NAM does look promising though. If PVD changes over before 8 or 9pm then I think we are in good shape. bluelena69
Large flakes mixed with crap. Belmont, MA. Noticed first large flakes around 4:15 while unloading a fresh load of wood from car.
