Man NYC going nuts with S+

and NWS still with an advisory, rain for most of afternoon and later mixing with and changing to snow...

major busts on the low side up and down coast today are looking likely

this bodes very well for us in boston metro, again assuming we will scour out the upper 40s quickly

No we are screwed for a while on the coast. NYC's longitude is helping them out.

TONIGHT...LOW PRESSURE WILL BOMB OUT AS IT PASSES SOUTHEAST OF NANTUCKETOVERNIGHT. HIGH CONFIDENCE IN STORM FORCE WINDS ACROSS ALL OPENWATERS. IN FACT...THE OCEAN TEMPERATURES STILL IN THE 50S WILLSUPPORT EXCELLENT MIXING AND RESULT IN SOME GUSTS REACHING 60 KNOTS.SEAS ACROSS OUR EASTERN OUTER-WATERS WILL PROBABLY REACH AROUND 25FEET. THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM AND MARINERS SHOULD BE IN PORT.
