Blustery, with a north wind between 15 and 20 mph, with gusts as high as 31 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 4 to 8 inches possible. I just went outside and there is definitely some very melted flakes mixed in with the rain. DP's around freezing so hopefully I can drop some more.
